Next, your account manager will send over a list of top candidates for you to request interviews with. Once you have submitted your requests, your account manager will personally introduce each candidate to you via email.

During the training, our mentors grade our SDR's on:

Attitude - Do they serve others before serving themselves? Are they curious? Do they implement coaching without feeling ruffled or dejected? Do they have the resilience needed for a SDR role?

Aptitude - How quickly can they onboard and ramp? Can they effectively and efficiently email, cold call, and run meetings? Can they manage a tech stack with CRMs and SEPs?

Accountability - Do they take personal responsibility for their activity and results instead of blaming others? Are they willing to "fall on one's sword" when making a mistake? How well do they communicate and respond?

Ambition - Do they have the drive to hit quota? Do they want to be ordinary or extraordinary? Does their will to succeed outweigh their need for comfort?
